How it all started is lost to me. I know I saw something on the Internet that lead me to another site which led me to a mention of this thing called "Water Rockets". And I took a peak. Then it consumed me.

How is it possible? 120mph? 200 feet in the air? This sounds like fun. And so, being the information junkie that I am, I began my studies.
In the beginning I only understood the premise. The premise was quite simple. Fill an already air tight container with some water and pack in the air, hold it down until you're ready to let it go. I decided to try the simplest approach first and then progress onto the more advanced technologies. Failures were in my future but failure is my greatest teacher.
I began with the "Hose Quick Connect" technique. Progressed to a "Hose Quick Connect" but with a "Extended Tail Piece" extension. It was only then with some success and many failures and adjustments that I progressed to the "Clark Cable" launcher.
